Whitetails and Canine Teeth
Whitetailed deer have 32 teeth -- 8 incisors, 12 premolars, and 12 molars. Typically. Recently I was cleaning and bleaching a deer skull and noticed something unusual. Protruding from the top part of the skull were two canine teeth, one on each side. Both of them were less than an inch in length.
